The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of OS.No.27 of 2012, on the file of the District Munsif, Harur.

2. The suit has been filed by the petitioner herein in the year 2012. It is seen from the e-Court status that an interlocutory application in IA.No.582 of 2019 is pending. Without disposing of the application in IA.No.582 of 2019, this Court cannot give a direction to the learned District Munsif, Harur, to dispose of the suit.

3. Considering the above fact, the District Munsif, Harur, is directed to dispose of the IA, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within a period of 3 months therefrom, the District Munsif, Harur, shall dispose of the suit.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above 2/5

directions. No costs.
