ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the representation dated 09.07.2017.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that he has filed the counter affidavit stating that the petitioner's representation was considered and disposed vide RC.No.985/2019/C2 dated 24.07.2019 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not raised any objection to the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
