This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of this Court order in WP.No.18834 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024, thereby respondents 1 & 2 were directed to send a proposal for petitioner's family pension and on receiving the proposal, the third respondent was directed to sanction the family pension within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 & 2 produced letter dated 28.03.2025 of the first respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.18834 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter
