This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner's sangam dated 03.03.2017.

The case of the writ petitioner is that there was an allotment of Rs.96 lakhs for "Local Area Development Schemes", in connection with strengthening the Manali Lake bund situated on the Western side of the Pudhiya MGR Nagar. At that stage, the petitioner gave representation to include certain other works in the said development. As the same has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed. 3.

Heard both side.

As the representation is of the year 2017, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation before the third respondent, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The third respondent, on receipt of the 2/4

representation, shall consider and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.
