PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent in his Memo.No.E2/2019/24881-1 dated 02.12.2019 and to quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.N.Kavitha Rameshwar For Respondent : Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram Special Government Pleader.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for final hearing, Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent viz., Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, submitted that the impugned memo dated 02.12.2019 has been recalled by the University and it was informed that the University will not proceed further with this memo against the petitioner.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader also produced the written instructions that were given to him by the Registrar of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, dated 16.12.2019. 3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the University is recorded.
