This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. M/s.I.Malar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and submitted that the second respondent has no objection in ordering this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 245 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal. vkr 17.02.2020 NOTE: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of M/s.I.Malar, as counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
