The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that the Petitioner had been arrested.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Permit to withdraw on 04/01/24 since the accused got arrested and become infructuous"

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
