2. Heard the counsels on either side.
3. Though the Writ Petition is filed for the relief stated supra, however, considering the fact that there is no necessity for the petitioner to seek such relief as the respondents have a right to seek police protection and as and when the protection is sought, the concerned jurisdictional police is bound to provide them with the protection, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) If the revenue authorities feel that they need police protection, they shall make necessary applications to the jurisdictional police and as and when the request is made, the jurisdictional police shall provide the necessary protection.
(ii) The survey of the subject land shall be conducted by respondents 3/5
1 and 2 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
