2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that since cyber crime is involved in this case, it will take time to complete the investigation.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the nature of offence involved in this case, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
