The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to return back the original R.C. Book relating to Tata Sumo bearing Regn. No.TN-31-AX-3906 to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
