This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 18.07.2024 passed in C.C.No.39 of 2023 in Crime No.3 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 53 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
