The petitioners in Crime No.221 of 2023 registered under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The records reveal that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore had granted anticipatory bail in Crl.MP.No.2807 of 2023 for the petitioner herein who is an accused in Crime No.221 of 2023 registered under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. That anticipatory bail was ordered on 06.07.2023. In para 12 of this petition, the petitioner had stated as follows: 12.

The petitioners states that this is the first Anticipatory Bail application filed before this Hon'ble Court and so similar petition is filed or pending before any other Court.

4.In view of this particular fact, since the statement is false statement, petition stands dismissed.
