Respondent in all WPs Prayer in WP.No.34177 of 2019:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent in order dated 30.05.2016 in CST.No.782666/2008-09 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to revise the Assessment order dated 30.05.2016 in CST.No.782666/2008-09 under Sec.84 of the TNVAT Act, 2006.

Common Prayer in WP.Nos.34184, 34187 & 34190 of 2019:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent in order dated 08.03.2017 in CST.No.782666/2010-11, CST.No.782666/201112 and CST.No.782666/2012-13 respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to revise the Assessment order dated 08.03.2017 in CST.No.782666/2010-11, CST.No.782666/2011-12 and CST.No.782666/2012-13 respectively under Sec.84 of the TNVAT Act, 2006.

Though the prayer in the writ petition is for a Certiorarified Mandamus, Mr.Adithya Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricts the prayer for only a Mandamus directing the Assessing Authority to dispose the application filed under Section 84 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006. This has now been achieved. 2.Recording the above, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
