ORDER

Today, this case is listed under the caption, for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this Court has observed that as far as the pleadings and admission made in the mutual divorce proceedings, that can be put against the parties only in the separate proceedings and the order does not direct for remanding the matter.

3. At the outset, in the revision, this Court has decided only whether consent can be withdrawn at any time or not, that was the issue. As far as any admission or pleadings made in the mutual divorce proceedings, that can be put against the parties only in a separate proceedings, only in that context, the order is passed. Therefore, the question of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis remand does not arise at all.
