This Writ Petition is filed for forbearing the respondents police from interfering with peaceful conduct of the petitioner's business in the name and style M/s Relax Ayurvedic Spa.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner herein has been already fallen under adverse notice of the police and First Information Report is pending against him for offence under Immoral Traffic Act in Crime No.42 of 2023 on the file of the HUDCO Police Station, Krishnagiri District. 2/4

In view of the above fact, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
