Respondents Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with proceedings issued in PR.No.122/PR.IV(1)/2018 under Rule 3(b) dated 12.12.2018 passed by the third respondent and Rc.No.119173/AP.3(2)/2019 dated 21.06.2019 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service.

The matter was listed for hearing on 11.09.2025, 25.09.2025 and 09.10.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner who filed the writ petition, had informed the Court that he had given up vakalath in the matter.

2. On the aforesaid submission being made, this Court directed the Registry to reflect the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 06.11.2025.

3. On 06.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through alternate counsel. Hence, the matter was listed on 13.11.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". 2/5

4. On 13.11.2025, the petitioner appeared as a party - in - person and submitted that his earlier counsel had returned the case papers and that he needed time either to engage another counsel or to seek legal aid. Hence, the matter was listed on 04.12.2025.

5. On 04.12.2025, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through alternate counsel, the matter was listed on 11.12.2025 under the caption "for dismissal".

6. Even today (11.12.2025), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, either in person or through the learned counsel, which only goes to show that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

7. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
