The petitioner/A2 in Crime No.208 of 2023 registered under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The records reveal that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore had granted anticipatory bail in Crl.MP.No.3386 of 2023 for the petitioner herein who is an accused in Crime No.208 of 2023 registered under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. That anticipatory bail was ordered on 29.8.2023. In para 13 of this petition, the petitioner had stated as follows: 13.

The petitioner states that this is the first Anticipatory Bail application filed before this Hon'ble Court and so similar petition is filed or pending before any other Court.

4.In view of this particular fact, since the statement is false statement, petition stands dismissed. A cost of Rs.10,000/- is imposed on the petitioner herein and before the petitioner execute surety as directed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, if at all their right to execute surety still https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

kp subsists and the time limit for executing surety still subsists, the learned Principal Sessions Judge should ensure that the petitioner pays cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Dean, Government General Hospital, Vellore, for treatment of needy patients.
