These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 06.11.2019 and to restore the appeals which were dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and restored to file the above Appeal Nos. 581 & 582 of 2013.
