Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2021/2017/F1 dated 11.07.2017 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as restraining the petitioner from putting up construction and pass such further orders.
