Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of civil arrest. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner was arrested, and subsequently, he came out. He has also filed a petition under the provisions of Insolvency Act in I.P. 2 of 2018 before the SubCourt, Cuddalore and the same is pending. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition SR. is also closed.
