The petitioners in Crime No.250 of 2023, registered under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is stated that anticipatory bail had already been granted by the learned Sessions Judge on 13.10.2023. Hence this application will not lie, petition stands dismissed.
