Heard Mr.P.Chidambaram, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Balaraman, learned Standing Counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the interim order passed in these writ petitions dated 13.03.2003, which is in the nature of final relief and in the efflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. Recording the same, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
