Since the impugned order has been passed only in pursuant to the audit objection raised by the Local Fund Audit, I feel it is essential to implead the Local Fund Audit also as a party to this proceedings in the interest of justice.

2. Hence, the Deputy Director of Local Fund Audit, University of Madras, Chennai -5, is suomotu impleaded by this Court as a third respondent to the proceedings in the above Writ Petitions.

3. Issue notice to the newly impleaded third respondent returnable in one week. Private notice is also permitted.

4. List the matter on 04.03.2025.
