This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before| the trial Court once in a week at 10:00a.m., until further ordersin Crl.M.P.No.17953 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1585 dated 10.11.2023.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17953 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1585 dated 10.11.2023., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
