ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.F.B.Benjamin George, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.G.Selvi George, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The Securitisation Application is allowed for want of proper representation on the part of the petitioner bank. The sale notice is set aside.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner bank submits that the

matter was disposed of on the date of first hearing meant for the appearance of the bank itself. It was not the fault of the bank.

4. Be that as it may, the sale notice is withdrawn by the petitioner bank. As such, no purpose would be served by entertaining this petition. The observation of the Debts Recovery Tribunal with regard to proper representation can always be explained by counsel for the bank.

5. The civil revision petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.3951 of 2024 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (J.S.N.P., J.) 24.04.2024 Index :
