This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 28.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13127 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent to grant refixation of salary of the petitioner on par with his junior G.Babu, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 28.02.2024 passed by this 1/3

Court in W.P.No.13127 of 2023 has been duly complied with and the same has been served on the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the order dated 20.06.2025 passed by the respondent, before this Court. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
