2 RAFI AHAMED Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend time to the petitioner to deposit of the 2nd installment of Rs.6,25,000/- incompliance with the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 06.09.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12799/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.872/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.BAASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the 2nd instalment of Rs.6,25,000/- before the Trial Court, which was one of the conditions imposed by this Court in the earlier order dated 06.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.12799 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.872 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial constrains, the petitioner was not able to comply with the latter part of condition (a) of the earlier order of this Court, dated 06.09.2019, namely, to deposit second instalment of Rs.6,25,000/- before the Trial Court.

4. Acceding to the said request, time is granted till 27.12.2019 to deposit such amount. It is made clear that, except the time extension, the other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 06.09.2019 shall remain unaltered.
