Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider within a time frame work the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017 seeking demarcation of the petitioner's property situated at 137, Madurantakam Village & Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No.955/2 admeasuring to an extent of 1 1⁄4 cent i.e. 545 square feet in total 65 cents and in Survey No.931/1 admeasuring to an extent of 9 1⁄2 cents in total 19 cents.

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017 seeking demarcation of the petitioner's property situated at 137, Madurantakam Village & Taluk, Kancheepuram District, comprised in Survey No.955/2 measuring an extent of 1 1⁄4 cent i.e. 545 square feet in total 65 cents and in Survey No.931/1 measuring an extent of 9 1⁄2 cents in total 19 cents.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Ms. A. Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners' representation was already considered by the respondent and patta was also issued on 26.01.2020 to her.
