4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of M/s.K.M.Vijayan Associates as learned counsel for respondent at the time of Admission.
