When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that final report had been filed showing the petitioner as an absconding accused in C.C.No.115 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode.

2.In view of the same, anticipatory bail petition would not lie. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
