This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the impugned order dated 29.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2152 of 2023 passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge No.II, Kancheepuram consequently extend the time for furnishing sureties as directed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge No.II, Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.1085 of 2021, dated 02.07.2021.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that, due to arrest in a subsequent case, the petitioner was not able to furnish sureties. Taking into consideration, the time to surrender and furnish sureties is extended till 22.12.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
