COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to modify the conditions that one of the sureties must be a blood relative to the petitioner imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur in Crl.MP.Nos.15598, 15599, 15600 and 15596 of 2023 dated 7.9.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.I am not inclined to modify the condition that one of the surety should be a blood surety. Only suggestion that could be given is that either the mother or father of the petitioner could stand as surety. 4.All the petitions stands dismissed with the above observations. 01.12.2023 KP 2/4
