The petitioner is an accused in S.C.No.38 of 2022 pending before the District Sessions Judge, Udagamandalam.

2.It is represented that the counsel for the accused/ legal aid counsel had filed an application under Section 329 CPC seeking to refer the petitioner herein to the Medical Board to verify whether he is a person of unsound mind and whether he could understand the procedure in the judicial process.

3.It is stated that the learned Sessions Judge had called for a report from the concerned Authorities.

4.Let that procedure continue. At this stage, interference by this Court is not required.
