This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider Petitioner representation dated 15.11.2019 regarding the issue of Patta in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 15.11.2019 before the respondents for issuance of patta for the subject property. The 3rd respondent conducted detailed enquiry and by an order dated 05.02.2020 rejected the request made by the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
