This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 13.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23622 of 2023 to report before the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem on all working days at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during Court hearing dates. If the charges had already been framed then report only during the Court hearing dates.
