This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum

Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S No. 130 of 2008 within a stipulated time as framed by this Court on merits. 2.Considering the facts of the case, the suit is ripe for Trial. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the O.S No. 130 of 2008 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
