This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.13294 of in Crl.O.P.No.14420 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.00 a.m., till the final of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
