Mr.M.Nallathambi Advocate W.P.No.34271 of 2023 and W.M.P.No.34161 of 2023 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, against the impugned order dated 31.10.2023 passed vide No.3537/SAB(ona)11/MaPoKa/2020, by the first respondent and to direct the respondent to post the petitioner in appropriate position in Transport Corporation.

.. Respondents This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Prasanna and the learned Standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, Mr.A.Vinothraj, are present.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petitioner and the Legal Manager of the Metropolitan Transport Corporation, who appears on behalf of the fourth respondent, are present.

2. The Legal Manager of the Metropolitan Transport Corporation represents that A.P.No.178 of 2023 filed by the Metropolitan Transport Corporation in respect of dismissal of the petitioner from the post of Conductor

was withdrawn and the impugned order dated 31.10.2023 passed vide No.3537/SAB(ona)11/MaPoKa/2020 was also withdrawn by the first respondent. The petitioner also admitted the said withdrawal of order after persuing a copy of the order in A.P.No.178 of 2023. E.Devendra Kumar Counsel for the Petitioner
