This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23324 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition 7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23324 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham on the 1st working day of December, 2024 and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
