ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 09.12.2024, I had referred the matter to the mediation. I had appointed Mrs.Uma Ramanathan, Advocate and Senior Mediator, to mediate the dispute between the parties. 1/4

2. Mr.R.M.Mahesh Kumaravel and Ms.V.Divyadharsini state that the parties, after several rounds of mediation, have settled the matter and have entered into a mediation agreement on 04.03.2025. Both states that pursuant to the mediation agreement, the H.M.O.Ps have been withdrawn, and a fresh petition invoking Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been presented.

3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated other than recording the mediation agreement entered into between the parties on 04.03.2025. The mediation agreement is recorded and it shall form part of the record in this revision petition. Each of the parties shall pay the Mediator a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] within a period of four weeks from today.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes skn 2/4
