This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.800 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.800 of 2014, further action was dropped on 14.12.2014 and hence, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous.
