The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner was called and enquired, since the parties have given an undertaking that they will settle the dispute through Civil Court and the petition stands closed. The allegation that the petitioner is harassed by the Police is incorrect.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is disposed of.
