This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal for default, dated 14.06.2024 passed against the appellants /petitioners herein in the above S.A. No. 317 of 2012.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to list the petition to set aside the order of dismissal after a week.
