ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.The case in C.C.No.847 of 2019 was taken on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC. The allegation against the accused is that she committed theft of Rs.200/- from the de-facto complainant. The amount has been recovered and handedover to the de-facto complainant. The occurrence is of the year 2019. The defacto-complainant as well as the accused are not found in the respective address. They remain untraceable inspite of the best D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.

Suo Motu TR.No.13736 of 2025 efforts by the Police. After six years, even if both sides are traced out, no meaningful trial is possible and no useful purpose would be served. 3.Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.847 of 2019 of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
07.10.2025 mp electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
