4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.P.Suresh Philemon, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 at the time of admission.
