ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land in Mittahalli-II Village Survey No.827 in Patta No.579 in Krishnagiri Taluk and to give the survey report to the petitioner based on the application in the way of the e-challan Number 20230605013683 dated 05.06.2023.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that so far the respondents have not passed any order on the petitioner's application.

4. As per the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent, enquiry was already conducted on 15.11.2023 and survey was also conducted on the same and the Tahsildar has also sent a report on 16.11.2023. 2/5

5. Since survey was already conducted in the subject land and a report also made ready, the respondent concerned is directed to communicate the same to the petitioner based on his request dated 05.06.2023 made through online, on or before 20.02.2024 and file a report before this Court.
