Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to continue the proceedings in D.C.C.No.38/2023 by giving extension of time six months from 18.09.2023 for the disposal of the said case pending on the file of the third respondent.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R. Mahadevan, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to continue the proceedings in D.C.C.No.38/2023 pending on the file of the third respondent, by granting extension of time for six months from 18.09.2023. 2.
It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that as per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the matter has been transferred to the Bar Council of India, on 30.10.2023. 2/4

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise all the grounds, including the present age of the petitioners, before the committee, to which, the case in DCC No.38 of 2023 is transferred. The committee shall consider the grounds and representation made by the petitioners and decide the same, on merits and in accordance with law. 4.
With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
