Heard Mr. A.Sathish Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Haja Mohideen Gisti, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 17.11.2023 made by the Petitioner to delete Quaid-E-Millath Nagar and Sultan Pettai Nagar and to include the Mangadu Dargah Road and Pattu Kootu Road in the voter area list published by the Second Respondent.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the preparation of the voters' list would be completed by 30.01.2024 and the conduct of election would be concluded on or before 29.02.2024 and he has filed a memo dated 22.12.2023 to that effect, which is placed on record. 4.

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
