This Petition has been filed to bring on record Petitioners 1, 2 & 3 as legal representatives of the deceased Appellant in the above Appeal in A.S.No.1006 of 2009.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the seventh Respondent.

3.The sole Appellant viz., T.Gnanasekaran in A.S.No.1006 of 2009 died on 26.10.2023. Hence, this Petition has been filed to bring the legal heirs of T.Gnanasekaran on record and the Petition was filed in time. 4.The learned counsel for the seventh Respondent not disputed the factum of death of T.Gnanasekaran.
