(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant extension of time for six months from 15.09.2023 to continue and dispose of the proceedings in D.C.C.No.37/2023 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
